Effects
With each level of this perk, the player character will gain +2 points of damage with hand-to-hand and melee attacks.
Notes
The description of the perk in Fallout Tactics says that the perk gives you +15% additional damage with hand-to-hand and melee attacks but in fact it's the same, adding +2 points of damage.
