Bonds of Steel is a unique companion perk in Fallout: New Vegas. It can be obtained as a reward for a completion of I Could Make You Care if Veronica stays with the Brotherhood of Steel.

Effects

Increases Veronica's armor for +4 DT.

Bonds of Steel shares the same Vault boy image as Toughness.
Synergizes well with 10 Charisma due to companion nerve (+4 becomes +6).
This perk does not work, nor is it granted to the Courier or Veronica - see talk section.
