Behind the scenes[]
The original weight of the bobby pin on launch date was 0.1 lbs. In 2019, a Fallout 76 fan sent Todd Howard a package of bobby pins and asked him to weigh them.[1] The bobby pins were soon changed to weigh 0.001 pounds in patch 1.0.4.13. Patch 1.0.5.10 accidentally reverted the weight back to 0.1 lbs. but this was fixed in patch 1.0.5.14.
