Bob was one of two slavers (together with an unnamed one-eyed slaver) who captured the Puppet Man.

After threatening the slavers to not touch his Vault Boy puppet, the Puppet Man brutally murdered Bob and his companion.[1]

Bob appears only in the Fallout 3 webcomic One Man, and a Crate of Puppets.

Bob is a name often used on older Penny Arcade strips. A well known Bob is the one responsible for the giant Xbox controllers design.
