Blue Paradise Vacation Rentals is a location in the Mojave Wasteland located just south of Cottonwood Overlook and Cottonwood Cove along the coast.
Layout
Three beach houses, a small picnic area, submerged docks and many submerged boats (speed boats and a yacht) make up this small lakelurk nest. Only two of the beach houses are accessible and they contain only minor loot and a small amount of Radiation. The water inside the houses is irradiated, that outside is not. To the South-West of the houses there are two graves with minor loot.
Notable Loot
- Sunset Sarsaparilla star bottle caps are located in each of the sunken beach houses, found on the ground near the refrigerator in the middle house and on a counter top in the northern house.
- BB gun found in the middle sunken beach house, behind the dresser laying on the bunkbed

Bugs
- After exiting from one of the beach houses into the river, your radiation HUD may remain on screen. This does not affect the Courier's radiation level. The radiation HUD will disappear after the Courier moves out of the river or the water around the beach houses. [verification overdue]
