Bloody Mess is a Luck-based perk in Fallout 76.
Effects[]
The perk has three ranks, with each rank increasing base weapon damage by five percent for all weapons, except for the chainsaw. Enemy torsos have a ?% chance to dismember upon death.

Notes[]
- The perk does not affect thrown weapons or weapon bashing.
- Players, robots, scorchbeasts, and the scorchbeast queen cannot be exploded by this perk.
- This perk's gore effect is overridden by the Confetti Mess lunchbox perk.
- A lifetime challenge to equip rank three of this perk was cut from the game, but can still be found in the game files.
