- This perk does not require actively blocking with a melee weapon, nor does it require holding one, rather, it acts passively so long as the perk card is equipped, even while wearing power armor.
- Like all % damage reduction effects, Blocker will be applied after DR reduction.
- Blocker will stack multiplicatively with other % damage reduction effects, like Dodgy or power armor set bonus.
