BlamCo Mac & Cheese is a food item in Fallout: New Vegas.
Background[]
Mac & Cheese is a pre-packaged, highly processed food product found across the wasteland. BlamCo's instant version of the classic macaroni and cheese dish (elbow macaroni with white sauce and cheese) was packed with preservatives and sold in green or blue carton packages, with an EZ-Pull pour spout to make preparation easier.[1] Like most pre-War packaged food, it doesn't have an expiration date,[2] making it one of the choices for supplying troops on the frontlines e.g. the Brotherhood of Steel.[3]
Characteristics[]
It restores 5 hit points but also increases the player character's radiation level by 3 rads. Eating the mac & cheese will increase hit points at the cost of increasing rad count. It is used as an ingredient for brahmin Wellington and the wasteland omelet, and can stave off starvation in Hardcore mode.

- Michelle Kerr at the 188 Trading Post has them in stock regularly and sometimes in amounts ranging from 5 to 15 boxes at a time.
- The cook, William Farber, at the mess hall in the Camp McCarran concourse regularly sells the boxes, and often sells them in large amounts.
- The street vendor on the New Vegas Strip in front of the LVB station regularly has them in stock.
- Camp Golf's kitchen has some on the shelves but stealing them results in a loss of Karma.
- El Dorado Gas & Service, inside the gas station.
- The Tops restaurant kitchen has three behind a locked door.
- Four boxes can be stolen from a shelf to the left of the interrogation room in the Camp McCarran terminal building.
- Can be stolen or purchased from Clayton Ettienne at the Westside Co-op.
