Bill of sale is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.
Location[]
The note can be found at the interior of Highway Town, on a table in the corner of Windy Park's store.
Transcript[]
This is a proof of transaction between Splint of Highway Town and Windy Park.
Let it be known that Ms. Park supplied schematics for a fancy looking rifle in exchange for some space to sell goods upstairs.
I, Splint, agree to not ask her where she acquired said schematics. Ms. Park acknowledges that I will reproduce and sell the schematics as I see fit.
