The Big MT west tunnel is a location in the western part of the Big MT in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.
Layout
The entrance leads to a subway tunnel. There is a locked door (easy) to the right from the entrance that leads to a small room. There are two doors to the right leading to a network of maintenance tunnels filled with protectrons scaled to the player character's level, along with a unique protectron named the Custodian. The tunnels end with a locked door (hard) that leads into a subway tunnel, which is caved in on both ends. There is a saturnite fist inside of the tunnel, next to a skeleton.
