The Big MT north tunnel is a location in Big MT in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.
Background[]
The train tracks were once used to bring supplies and test subjects into the research facility before the Great War, after which they were left vacant for the next 200 years.
Layout[]
Situated northwest of Elijah's Watch and slightly east of the Forbidden Zone dome entrance on the cardinal north side of Big MT, the subway tunnel shaft has a door to the right of the entrance and a hole in the floor. There is an overclocked turret guarding the hole with a force field covering it, leading to a small caves with some crates.
Notable loot[]
- Sink Project: Light Switch 02 - Found on a shelf behind the door to the right of the entrance, leaning against one end of the toolbox. The door may need to be closed for it to be visible.
- LAER - Found at the end of the tunnel in the cave below the force field. Requires the upgraded sonic emitter from the X-8 research center.
Notes[]
On the left front wall of the arch, and the left side of the train car that is still sitting properly on the tracks, one can find a white Old-World Flag symbol left there by Ulysses.
