Beer is a consumable item in Fallout 3.

Beer is an addictive alcoholic drink which increases the drinker's Strength and Charisma by one, but also decreases their Intelligence by one.

- Eight can be found in the truck outside the warehouse.
Notes[]
- Beer is the most commonly found consumable in the Capital Wasteland, with 536 bottles placed throughout. This number does not include vendor items, items found in containers or those from add-ons.
- While the Pip-Boy icon for beer shows the bottle having a label, the world model does not.
- Despite being an alcoholic beverage, when a bottle of beer is purchased, looted or picked up, it will not make the same sound effect as other alcoholic ones such as whiskey, wine or vodka. Likewise, the same will occur when one is dropped, sold, or stored away.
