The bear trap fist heavy duty (HD) springs is a weapon mod for the bear trap fist in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on, Dead Money.

Effects

Increases the bear trap fist's damage by 3.

Location

The HD Springs code holotape can be found in the Salida del Sol South roughly 4 feet from the switches where you leave Dog and God at the end of Fires in the Sky, on the floor to the north in a small pile of rubble.

This mod can be purchased from any Sierra Madre vending machine once the appropriate code has been added to the players inventory.

Notes

• Like all other mods, the bear trap fist HD springs appears in a Gun Runners case when dropped, but it is about 1/2 the size of the usual cases.

Bugs

• PC May not spawn which will cause it to be unobtainable (confirmed on PS3 and PC versions).
