The baton is a melee weapon in Fallout 76.

The baton was used by police departments, military police and private security firms across the United States before the Great War. When not in use, the baton can be retracted into the handle, with a button on the grip serving as a quick release to swiftly extend it for use.

- Two can be found at Poseidon Energy Plant WV-06:
- One can be found in an open armored personnel carrier in front of the western side of the plant, next to a skeleton's hand.
- Another can be found in the command center of the plant, sitting on a console.
- One can be found behind the counter of a small bar on the northern side of Morgantown, a bit north of Vault-Tec University.
- One can be found on the center counter of the red Farm to Food stand in the eastern central area of the Tyler County Fairgrounds.
- One can be found on a shelf behind the security gate at the gun store in Clarksburg.
- Shock batons are carried by Scorched scientists in the Enclave research facility.
