A basketball is a junk item in Fallout 4 and its add-on Nuka-World.
Characteristics[]
The basketball is plain, with rubber dimples and a darker shade in color. There are no logos or company names on the balls. The Nuka-World variant is dark green with a star on it.

21 Nuka-World basketballs can be found at the Nuka-Cade, next to the Hoop Shot games.
Notes[]
Mini basketballs can be found in the arcade next to Revere Beach station. Storing the balls in the inventory will result in them being resized to that of a normal basketball.
