The outfit is ragged and there is rope wrapped around the left thigh. When worn, the baseball uniform provides a single point bonus to both Strength and Agility and can be upgraded with ballistic weave to add Damage and Energy Resistance . Additionally, armor pieces may be worn over the uniform itself.
The cap grants the wearer +1 Perception . The color pattern seems to indicate it belongs to the same school as the Letterman's jacket and jeans .

Another can be found in Boston mayoral shelter on a small table next to the lockers in the room preceding the basketball court.
