The 40lb barbell, 80lb barbell and 160lb barbell are three junk items in Fallout 76.
Characteristics[]
Barbells consist of a steel pole with heavy lead weights on each end equating to either 40, 80, or 160lbs. They were commonly used for workouts and bodybuilding before the war. They cannot be used to increase strength, and have no uses apart from being sold or scrapped.
