The Bandana is a white rag wich is rolled and tied around the forehead.
If you get it early on in the game you can wear it with a pear of sunnies. Not only does it look kinda cool, you can get +1Perception with it which helps your radar suss out any enemies near by. It is very useful early because the bandana sunny combo gives dr close to other head gear.
