Badger is a ghoul who is found dead in the Old Olney Underground in 2277.
Background
He was a member of a group of ghouls who tried to make themselves a place to live in Old Olney Underground, assuming it would be an ideal place for ghouls to settle down since nobody ever goes there. The group set about knocking down some walls and apparently disturbed a group of deathclaws. At the time the Lone Wanderer arrives, Badger is already dead and found on a pool table. Badger was part of Underworld but he left because he was in some trouble with the elders.
