The back alley camp,[1] also called the camp and garage,[Non-game 1] is an unmarked location in the Theater District of Boston in Fallout 4.
Background[]
Located east of D.B. Technical High School, west of Hester's Consumer Robotics, and south of Mass Bay Medical Center, this small campsite built underneath an interstate highway onramp is generally a safe place for travelers to stop, or to tinker with their equipment in the nearby garage. Slim, a ghoul drifter, makes his home here and is open to trade in chems.[Non-game 1]
Layout[]
This camp is located in a small courtyard underneath the highway onramp. It can be accessed from the street on the north and east, or from the freeway pileup just slightly to the west. The campsite, in the northern part of the area underneath a building, includes a cooking station, two unowned sleeping bags, an ammo box, and a duffle bag.
The garage is inside a building along the south of the courtyard, and contains a chemistry station, a power armor station, and a weapons workbench, as well as a sleeping bag owned by Slim.
The roof of the garage building can be reached via the highway onramp. It contains another duffle bag and ammo box, both of which are hidden behind the rooftop generator.
Notes[]
Three railsigns for "ally" are located near the campsite: east on a highway pillar, south on a highway base, and to the north on a building.
Appearances[]
The back alley camp appears only in Fallout 4.

You may encounter wandering folk and a chap named Slim around here, but this is usually a good and safe place to tinker or sleep."
