The following is based on Van Buren design documents and is not canon. |
Background
BAJAR stands for brain-in-a-jar. If you give him a robobody, he is a well-informed scientist and possible companion. Though he's sometimes hard to control because of his slightly odd actions due to spending so many years without a body to control.
Interactions with the player character
BAJAR is a possible player companion. He can't do anything combat wise unless you put him in a robobrain body. Although you can carry his jar around and ask him questions for information. He is not willing to join the party unless the PC has some scientific background. He won't join you if you erased the minds of the Think Tank, even to save ZAX.
Appearances
BAJAR was going to appear in Van Buren, the cancelled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.
