The Avenger minigun or CZ57 Avenger[1][Non-game 1] is a big gun in Fallout Tactics.

Background[]

This section is transcluded from Minigun. To change it, please edit the transcluded page.

Rockwell designed the 5mm CZ57[1] Avenger[Non-game 1] as the replacement for their aging CZ53 personal minigun. The Avenger's design improvements include improved gel-fin cooling and chromium plated barrel-bores, giving it a greater range and lethality.[2] It also has an ammo capacity of 120x 5mm rounds like the earlier versions of the CZ53 model.

Characteristics[]

This variant of the Avenger, unlike the more common model, is chambered for 5.56mm bullets instead of 5mm.

Locations[]

Behind the scenes[]

The Avenger might be named after the GAU-8 Avenger 30mm Gatling-type rotary cannon mounted on the A-10 Thunderbolt II.

They look different because the CZ57 Avenger in F:NV has to work with existing F3/F:NV grip, firing, and reload animations."
