Avalon was a fictional civilization in the pre-War franchise The Atomic Chronicles of K.D. Inkwell, existing in the fifth century.

Created by Astoundingly Awesome Tales, Avalon serves as the setting of the board game The Scribe of Avalon. In the game, protagonist time-traveler K.D. Inkwell must locate Cynnoc, "known to history" as the Scribe of Avalon. Along the way, she can be assisted by Alistair, a "legendary Knight of Avalon."[1] The artwork depicting the setting consists of skyscrapers resembling medieval towers, and its inhabitants have to deal with hostile barbarian hordes.[2]
