Automatron is a Pip-Boy game tape in the Fallout 4 add-on Automatron and Fallout 76. It was published by Planned Diversion Programming in 2072.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
The objective is to kill all the robots on screen with the exception of the sentry bot, while saving humans for extra points. Each level adds more and more robots, ending when the players runs out of lives.
Default controls[edit | edit source]
- WASD moves, holding the left mouse button fires, and mouse movement rotates the gun.
- Left stick moves, right stick fires in direction held.
Location[edit | edit source]
- In Fallout 4, the holotape is located in the Rust Devil gaming terminal in the Fort Hagen hangar. After picking up Jezebel in the quest Headhunting, head to the left. Follow the path with torches and head in through the opening to the right. Head into the next room, head right then left and then to the right again where the terminal is.
- In Fallout 76, the disk can be randomly found throughout Appalachia.
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
The title and gameplay are both references to the famous 1982 arcade game Robotron: 2084.
