The atomic-valence tri-radii-oscillator is a piece of headwear in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.
Characteristics
This item is a variant of the valence radii-accentuator, differing from the original by having three orbiting halos (at a 60° angle to one another) instead of one. These halos are bright blue in color and orbit the wearer's head. The oscillator has 33% more DT than the valence radii-accentuator and restores 24 hit points every in-game hour. For comparison, the valence radii-accentuator only restores 12 hit points per in-game hour.

Locations
- Big MT - On the body of Specimen 73, in the last room of Z-14 Pepsinae DNA splicing lab.
- In a footlocker located in a crater at X-7b "Boom Town" target zone after firing the X-7a "Left Field" artillery launch cannon.
Notes
- The atomic-valence tri-radii-oscillator is considered a "glasses" item and can be worn with some headgear, such as berets, Pre-War bonnet, Daniel's hat , and the space suit helmet.
- Like its base model, the valence radii-accentuator, the effects do not stack with the Monocyte Breeder perk.
Behind the scenes
The atomic-valence tri-radii-accentuator has the same form as the Rutherford model of the atom devised by Ernest Rutherford.
Bugs
- Sometimes the item will not regenerate any health at all. [verified]
- Sometimes when equipping and un-equipping it, then re-equipping it, the player will regain back all of his/her health. [verified]
- Rarely a ghost version (unusable/weightless) may appear in your inventory while the item is equipped. Selecting it may cause game to freeze for a few seconds. Will go away after you have closed your inventory.[verified]
- Veronica Santangelo it may make her hair disappear giving her the appearance of baldness.[verified] When given to a companion, such as
