This item is a rarer variant of the Valence radii-accentuator, differing from the original by having three orbiting halos (at a 60° angle to one another) instead of one. These halos are bright blue in color and orbit the wearer's head. The oscillator has 33% more DT than the valence radii-accentuator and restores 24 hit points every in-game hour. For comparison, the valence radii-accentuator only restores 12 hit points per in-game hour. There are only two Atomic-valence tri-radii-oscillators in the game, making them semi-unique.
Like the regular valence radii-oscillator, the atomic-valence tri-radii-oscillator takes up the hair and mask slots when worn, meaning the player character will look bald when it is equipped; this also means it cannot be equipped with any eyewear, such as eyeglasses. However, it can be worn with some headgear such as berets, pre-War bonnets, Daniel's hat, and space suit helmets. See here for a full list.
Its regeneration effect stacks with the Monocyte Breeder. When used together, they regenerate 3 hit points in one set amount every 10 seconds, totaling 36 hit points per in-game hour (2 minutes).
