Astronomical Aggression is an overseer quest and the final part of the Power Struggle multistage questline in Fallout Shelter.
Walkthrough[]
After the player's dweller/s enter the Griffith Observatory, they will encounter three NCR soldiers who will ask the dweller/s what they are doing there. The dweller/s can either convince them that they are there to persuade their leader that what they are doing is bad, or kill them all to get caps.
Afterwards, the dwellers must fight through rooms of raiders. Eventually, they will encounter two Brotherhood knights who will give a legendary weapon recipe after talking to them.
After talking to the Brotherhood knights and fighting through more rooms of raiders, the dweller/s will come across three NCR rangers and one NCR ranger wearing X-01 Mk I power armor preventing the dweller/s from seeing their leader. They must then be killed.
Afterwards, the dweller/s will meet the NCR leader and two NCR rangers in the next room. The NCR leader will say that their weapon is necessary for the recovery of the NCR. They cannot be convinced to let the dweller/s go unharmed.
After killing the NCR leader and getting the scarred power armor, the dweller/s can explore any remaining rooms before returning to the Vault.
