It's her.
I can't believe I made it. Trying to follow her signal through the sea was next to impossible, but somehow I managed to do it. It doesn't matter any more, but I guess I should write about what I’m seeing here. Her distress signal led me to this place. Parking garage, from the looks of it. It’s swarming with Sea Scavengers, all tuned in to her signal.
I've looked through the doctor's notes. I'm pretty sure I'm never going to leave here. It was a miracle I even made it. The Glowing Sea is the most inhospitable place on Earth. I found dead Scavengers on the roof. There is no way they've managed to maintain these kinds of numbers over the years, but this explains it. It explains the numbers, and why no one has ever found a sign of the people they took.

She's dead. Maybe she fought them off. She wouldn't let them do it all the way, but best I can tell, they take us. Put us into these suits they wear. Within hours, maybe minutes, we are just like them.
I've been a coward all my life. I used to voluntarily give my food to the other kids in the orphanage. When Dr. Valerian asked me to jump, I'd ask him how high, but if I don't do anything right now, I'll be damning endless victims for decades - perhaps centuries to come. Found a note on one of the dead Sea Scavengers. 81077, with the phrase "Terminal Password" written above it.
If that console upstairs has anything to do with the signal, or anything to do with them…
