Artis is a raider mechanic in the Commonwealth in 2287.
Background[]
Artis is a mechanic who once knew Mary Jane and Lily Bell, and helped them with designing the CR-74L combat rifle. At an unknown point in time, a raider gang in Lexington contacted him for help in fine-tuning their weapons. The Sole Survivor will find him at the Lexington apartments, where he will attack on sight.
