Arms Breaker is a legendary perk cut from the Fallout 76 update One Wasteland For All.

It would have been a legendary perk that enables destroying enemy weapons with power armor attacks. A melee attack in power armor would have a chance to break the target's weapon. The chance would start at 10%, and increase to 13, 16, and 20% for levels 2, 3, and 4 respectively. The perk was cut and leftover traces suggest it was difficult to implement properly.
