J.E. Sawyer's Fallout RPG[edit | edit source]

You are extremely skilled at making conventional body armor (all non-power and non-Tesla armor). You have +5 to your skill when making qualifying equipment. Requires a Mechanics Shop.

Notes[edit | edit source]

In Fallout 4, the perk is needed to craft mods from scratch, not for applying or removing mods. It is possible to remove an uncraftable mod and apply it freely on a different piece of the same kind of armor.
