Arcade Gannon's Ripper is a non-playable weapon in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics[]
The weapon is identical to the playable Ripper, but with a different skill requirement and caps value.
Variants[]
- Ripper - the standard variant found throughout the Mojave Wasteland.
Ripper - the customizable variant added with Gun Runners' Arsenal.
Location[]
The weapon is owned by Arcade Gannon and serves as his default melee weapon.
Notes[]
If this weapon is dropped, it cannot be picked up and put back into the inventory. Also, when dropped, the name won't be labeled. This is due to the weapon being flagged as "unplayable" in the G.E.C.K.
Bugs[]
In the quest For Auld Lang Syne, when giving the Courier's equipment back, Arcade might accidentally give his ripper to you. At that point he only attacks with his Plasma Defender, if necessary. [verified]
