Characteristics
The perk allows for swimming without receiving any radiation damage, it also allows for underwater breathing.

Notes
- Neither this nor Lead Belly perk prevents radiation damage when collecting dirty water from a body of water or a water pump.
- Drinking toxic goo will not irradiate player characters, if they have the perk equipped. It must be unequipped for toxic goo to work.
