Aquaboy or Aquagirl is a perk in Fallout 4, Fallout 76, its Nuclear Winter mode, and Fallout: The Roleplaying Game.

A perk coming in two ranks, protecting from all radiation damage while swimming. It also allows for underwater breathing and makes the player undetectable while submerged.

The perk grants some of the benefits (namely 100% Radiation Resistance and underwater breathing) as the one for Fallout 4; however, it is limited to one rank and does not offer the benefit of becoming undetectable while being submerged.
