Anne Palmer was the daughter of Lucy Palmer and the mother of Jonas Palmer.
Background[]
Anne was the team leader of a scouting party that left the Vault to explore the outside world sometime during February 2241. After completing the survey, Anne records her team's findings in a report to the vault overseer.[1]

Anne Palmer is mentioned only in Fallout 3.
Behind the scenes[]
In the script notes for one of Lucy Palmer's dialogue files, Lucy's daughter (Anne) is said to have been lost in the wasteland long ago.[2]
