Andrew "No-one" Smith is a resident of Bunker Delta in 2197.
Background[]
Andrew is an assistant of Hassan and the one who prepared Plutonius, the nuke from Kansas City, to be activated near the entrance of Vault 0. He is a little deaf, having worked with explosives most of his life, and despite his experience he still occasionally gets nervous.[1]
