Andre was an employee at Dry Rock Gulch in Nuka-World and the superior of Kristy Green before the Great War.
Background[]
After a new employee had given up a Cowboy Cappy plushie at the Bandit Roundup stand, Andre fired the employee and instructed Kristy Green to rig the game even further. Kristy tried to explain that park visitors would start to catch on if she adjusted the game any more, but Andre refused to listen.[1]
