All Aboard! is the second main quest in the Railroad questline in Fallout: The Board Game.
Walkthrough[]
Asking around for information involving synths will lead to Drummer Boy, who explains where the synths came from and asks for help to free them.
Institute path[]
The Institute path completes naturally and is in no way in control of the party; each time a party member explores a ruins tile, there is a chance that a specific card can allow that player to speak to a courser. Upon this action, a shield token will be placed on the board. Once three shield tokens are on the field, the quest auto-completes and progresses to All Hell.
Railroad path[]
Now that more synths are about, Drummer Boy suggests that it is best to convince them to defy their masters at the Institute. The party will need to do a quest action on a tile that is adjacent to a shield token. Once completed, the quest will progress to Institutionalized.
