Alien biogel is a consumable in the Fallout 3 add-on Mothership Zeta.

Alien biogel restores a minimum of 10, up to a maximum of 30 Hit Points based on the Medicine skill.

Biochemical anomaly[]
Both the alien biogel and adapted biogel have a 50% chance to randomly apply 1 of the following 10 effects for 30 seconds. Multiple effects can be applied at once through repeated consumption. However, the same effect cannot be applied twice at once.

- In some alien crates aboard Mothership Zeta.
- It also can be found on alien workers and abominations.
- Usually at least one found on a table in small rooms throughout the ship. These rooms are most likely living/dining quarters for the aliens.
- Sally can provide up to three of these at a time when asked if she's found anything on the ship after completing This Galaxy Ain't Big Enough...
- Two in the weapons lab.
- Three in the engine room.

- Alien biogel can be turned into adapted biogel via dialogue with Elliott Tercorien at a one-to-one rate.
- Unlike the adapted biogel, the alien biogel is not affected by the Fast Metabolism perk.
