Alfonso Venchini was a member of the Trevisani gang in Boston before the Great War.
Background[]
Venchini wrote several messages to Tony Suiza, another member of their crime family. After Trevisani survived an assassination attempt, Venchini suspected that the Micelli gang was behind it, and warned Suiza that another attack could be coming soon.[1] On September 22, 2077, he hid in the attic with Jimmy when the cops showed up at Shroud Manor to investigate the death of R. Jameson and his sons. He was angered by the raid and wanted to find out who tipped them off.[2] However, Venchini did not believe that it was someone within the gang but instead suspected that it was Candy, Trevisani's "new squeeze."[3]
Although he did not know it at the time, Venchini was right, as Candy was an undercover cop from Police Precinct 8.[4] When the police found the bodies of the Jamesons on October 20, Trevisani had already entered his personal vault with Candy to go on a "honeymoon." This made Venchini even angrier, who said that it wasn't "the time or the place for a goddamn wedding, let alone a honeymoon." However, he was relieved that Candy could not do any more damage, fully convinced that she was the mole.[5]
