Alan Oppenheimer (born April 23, 1930) is an actor who voiced Paladin Brandis in Fallout 4. He first voiced Celsius in Fallout Tactics. In Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel, he voiced Harold, a character previously voiced by Charlie Adler in Fallout and Fallout 2, in addition to other minor roles.
