Affordable Al's Discount Hospital is a location in the Fallout TV series.
Background[]
A private pre-War hospital, the six-storey Affordable Al's was advertised as offering advantageous prices, including "revolutionary treatments" for the New Plague at low rates, lobotomies at half price, and comprehensive weight loss programs (on top of other hospital services, such as emergency rooms and surgery). After the Great War, the hospital was abandoned, with many patients left to die on the gurneys with no assistance.[1]
Scavenged and damaged by centuries of neglect and the elements, it eventually became a nest for a swarm of radscorpions.[1]

The Golden Rule[]
Lucy and The Ghoul, on their way to Las Vegas, investigate the hospital when they hear a woman scream for help. Despite the Ghoul's insistence, she enters the hospital, with the Ghoul reluctantly following along with CX404. Exploring the derelict, skeleton-strewn building they locate the woman and a wounded man in the basement kitchen. While Lucy tends to the woman, the Ghoul kills the man after recognizing them both as respectively a Legion slave and a legionary. The commotion attracts the attention of the radscorpions, leading to a fight in which both the woman and the Ghoul are struck and poisoned by the giant radscorpion. Lucy decides to treat the woman with her only stimpak, leaving the Ghoul to slowly regenerate under CX404's watch.[1]
The Profligate[]
Inside the ruins of the hospital, the Ghoul has managed to crawl into a pool venue, still suffering the effects of the radscorpion sting that incapacitated him. With Dogmeat beside him for company, he takes out a skinning knife and extracts the stinger tip that was left inside his thigh from the creature's attack.
