“Living on the edge!”— Perk card description
Adrenaline is an Agility-based perk in Fallout 76.
It was also available as a perk in the defunct Nuclear Winter battle royale mode.
Effects[]
Each killed enemy increases damage dealt for 30 seconds, with the damage stacking for up to six killed enemies. Killing additional enemies refreshes the duration.
