Action Boy or Action Girl depending on the Vault Dweller's gender is an Agility-based perk in Fallout 76.
It was also available as a perk in the defunct Nuclear Winter battle royale mode.

Increases Action Point refresh rate. The art and name of the perk will match the gender of the character.
