The access card is a miscellaneous item which was cut from Fallout.
Characteristics
A yellow keycard, similar in appearance to the security card, except for the color being yellow instead of red and there being a large radiation symbol on it. Its purpose is unknown, though it probably was meant to give access to a terminal, like the security card.
