Abraxodyne intel

Abraxodyne intel are a collection of 150 world objects spread throughout Burning Springs in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update. Each intel can be picked up once per character, tracked as part of a challenge. Once Dirty Laundry has been started and at least one piece of intel has been collected, a decorative version can be constructed as a workshop object under the name Abraxodyne briefcase.

Characteristics[]

Abraxodyne intel appear as a light-blue metal briefcase with the Abraxodyne Chemical logo on the side. There is a solid red light by the handle that produces a glow effect in the area around the briefcase, making them more visible in low-light conditions.

- One can be found at the top of the scaffolding at the large power pylon.

- One can be found inside a shopping cart, under the bridge on the northeastern side of town.
- One can be found at the unmarked, fenced-in water tower area just northwest of Albany, inside the shed.
Ash Cave:
- One can be found next to the Nuka-Cola machine, by the bathroom in the eastern parking lot area.
- One can be found on a park grill by the northern parking lot area.
- One can be found in front of the eastern windmill generator.
- One can be found outside the northwestern cave area quonset hut, next to some Abraxodyne barrels.
- One can be found one can be found under a skeleton in a pipe near the southwestern entrance to the camp by the cave area.
Athens:
- One can be found on top of a box at the small building by the railway bridge, on the western outskirts of town.
- One can be found on a raft at an unmarked point along the river, on the southwestern outskirts of town.
- One can be found underneath the main bridge leading into town, at the fast travel point.
- One can be found on the balcony of the university library, facing the river.
- One can be found is at the end of a walkway connecting two university buildings near the football stadium, facing south.
- One can be found on the ground level beneath the aforementioned walkway, on a makeshift table next to the note The only problem I got.
- One can be found to the left (west) of the fast travel point, near the main entrance to town, around the back of a wide, boarded-up train station, next to some benches.
- One can be found in the back area of the giant Halloween celebration stand near the entrance to town.
- One can be found leaning up against the light pole in the basketball court behind the Abraxodyne office.
- One can be found on a shelf in the larger corner store adjacent to the Abraxodyne office.

The Chop Shop:

Dino Peaks Mini Golf:
- One can be found inside the dumpster, behind the diner at the entrance.
- One can be found in the back of the northern groundskeeper shack, next to a skeleton.
- One can be found inside the food display, in the same location as the note Dino Peaks pamphlet.
Fort Steuben:
- One can be found next to the sign at the entrance to the fort, by the parking lot.
- One can be found under the desk, in the first floor employee back office, in the large northeastern building in the center of the fort.
- One can be found on the ground at a makeshift shooting range, in the southern part of the fort.
- One can be found inside a kayak, on the eastern outskirts of the fort.
Highway Town:
- One can be found at the water purifiers to the east of the Highway Town exterior, in the river, held in the hand of a submerged skeleton.
- One can be found in the back half of a green car, on the ground level near the brahmin pen.
- One can be found in the back seat of the limousine, at the end of the broken on-ramp on the southern side.
- One can be found on a short bookshelf inside a small room, off the stairwell that connects the upper level of the highway to the on-ramp on the southern side.
- One can be found on a metal shelf, in a bar on the upper level of the highway, on the northeastern side.
- One can be found on a metal shelf in the same location where the note Note from mechanic can be found, across from the garden on the southwestern side of the upper level of the highway.
- One can be found in a blue shipping container, in the Underbelly by the western lower highway exit.
- One can be found next to a shipping container and some cinderblocks, by the stairs leading from the main level to the Underbelly.
- One can be found in the storage room locked behind a keypad on the second floor of the main level, above the scrap crafting hub. The passcode to unlock the door is 1867.
- One can be found on the second level of the bath house, in a room by the stairs.
- One can be found under the cot in Splint's room, behind her shop counter.
Hocking Hills Station:
- One can be found in a train car laying on its side in the front of the train station.
- One can be found on the metal benches in the main room of the train station, across from where the Hocking Hills vendor bot stands.
Honey well apiary:
- One can be found in the planter outside the wax candle making shack.
Jackson Junkyard:
- One can be found at a bus stop outside of the junkyard itself, directly facing an entrance sign.
- One can be found inside the junkyard, in an eastern shack with Protectron charging stations.
- One can be found in the back of a crashed shipping truck on the northern hill of the junkyard.
Meadow Breeze Storage Depot:
- One can be found inside the main shed, on top of a crate near some barrels.
- One can be found inside the armored personnel carrier.
Prospect Hill:
- One can be found inside the trailer on the eastern side of the location, inside a safe with a missing door.
- One can be found next to a skeleton on the observation deck to the northwest.
Railroad service yard:
- One can be found in the smaller building to the east, on the second floor, in an office underneath a desk with a destroyed terminal, across from a destroyed wall.
- One can be found to the north, on a shelf in the same shed on the rail line as a stash box and armor workbench.
- One can be found in the main warehouse building, on the upper levels of the main processing area, at the end of a long office niche, on a desk next to a destroyed, inaccessible terminal.
The Rust Kingdom:
- Two can be found near the fast-travel spawn point to the kingdom:
  - One can be found tucked under a pipe in the rubble, toward the western side.
  - One can be found inside a metal box, toward the eastern side.
- One can be found among some skeletons and rubble, up the hill to the west of the entrance.
- One can be found in a yellow cart by the first copy of Dusty's treasure hunt.
- One can be found next to the note Don't touch!.
- One can be found inside of a makeshift shack, accessed through a broken pipe in the southwestern part of the entrance area.
- One can be found on a metal shelf inside Dusty's treasure room on an upper level in the central area.
- One can be found on a metal shelf inside a train car, in southern central area before the arena dome and nearby the third copy of Dusty's treasure hunt.
- One can be found under a propped up car by the large red door, in the southwestern area by the arena dome.
- One can be found on the roof in the southeastern area before the arena dome.
Sand Fork Lumber:
- One can be found leaning against a weapons workbench.
Sandy's Sock Hop:
- One can be found behind the main counter inside the building.
Shade Hill Church:
- One can be found placed on a pew inside the main church building.
Starlight Drive-in:
- One can be found on the catwalk of the movie poster billboard outside of the drive-in.
- One can be found on the landing in the stairwell of the concession stand leading up to the projection booth.
- One can be found on a metal cabinet in the electrical room behind the movie screen.
Super Duper Mart:
- One can be found on a shelf in the receiving area.
- One can be found on top of a newspaper vending machine, at the northern bus stop.
- One can be found inside a cart, across the bridge to the west toward Athens.
Tycoon Lake:
- One can be found in a maintenance shed west of the lake, on the side of the lake's pump station.
- One can be found in the back of a green Pick-R-Up truck along Route 33, in front of the pump station west of the lake. The note Note to Manny is underneath it.
- One can be found on top of a cabinet in the back of a camper fashioned into a makeshift chem lab, north of the lake.
- One can be found under a tree stump, just off the dirt road on northeastern outskirts of the lake.
Westbrook horse ranch:
- One can be found inside the large main barn, on the ground level, on a table next to a filing cabinet.
- One can be found south of the ranch, at a truck pulling a horse trailer. The intel is tucked underneath the trailer.
- One can be found among the rubble of a shed on the northern outskirts of the ranch.
World of Corn:
- One can be found under the desk with a terminal in the administrator's office, inside the main museum building.
- One can be found to the south among the corn sculptures, near a ditch where a radscorpion may emerge from. A corpse and a duffel bag lie nearby.

Big Muskie's Bucket:
- One can be found in the back of a van on a wooden bridge, north-northeast of the bucket.
- One can be found next to a skeleton sitting at a table, in the camp ground north-northwest of the bucket.
Highway 35 water tower:
- One can be found inside the shed, in a corner, next to an overturned crate.
Hocking Hills Little League Field:
- One can be found on a shelf, in the northern dugout.

Route 33 traffic jam:

Pebbles the Cat Museum:
- One can be found on a table in the shed behind the museum, next to the note Cost analysis.
Prepper storage bunkers:
- One can be found in the southern bunker cave with the inaccessible door.
South Ohio Evacuation Center:
- One can be found on a shelf near the stairs inside the main room of the church.
Strouds Run State Park:
- One can be found in the white railway checkpoint tower to the east, along the railroad tracks, in the room upstairs, against the same desk where the Athens armory key is found.
- One can be found in the back of a boat, in the dried riverbed just southwest of the railway checkpoint tower.
- One can be found in the shack adjacent to the Dow Lake Watershed, against a wall near a fridge.
- One can be found in the trailer north of the Dow Lake Watershed, under a dresser.
- One can be found next to an overturned white boat, at the western edge of the Dow Lake Watershed.
Vladimir's camp:
- One can be found to the northwest outside of the camp, and north-northwest of Starlight Drive-in. It is on the ground at a wooden bus stop along Route 50, near a random encounter spot.

One can be found on a small broken bridge over the dried riverbed north of Albany.
One can be found in the back of a car in the dried riverbed near the ruins of the Athens Lunatic Asylum, southwest of Athens.
One can be found inside a red shipping container, along Route 7 outside Athens.
One can be found next to a crashed train along the train tracks north of Athens.
One can be found in the back of a car by the "Welcome to Ohio" sign just north of Checkpoint Canyon.
One can be found next to skeleton at a bunker hatch, in the hills northeast of Checkpoint Canyon, overlooking the Starlight Drive-in.
One can be found at the base of a tree with a skeleton laying on top of it, near a Radhog nest, northeast of The Chop Shop.

Notes[]

During the quest Dirty Laundry, the player character will be given a miscellaneous objective to find three Abraxodyne caches. Each of these caches contain three Abraxodyne intel; these will only count toward the quest objective to give intel to Bodhi. They do not increase the Abraxodyne intel collection counter for the Burning Springs World challenges.

Behind the scenes[]

The initial release patch notes for Burning Springs on the Public Test Server hinted at the possibility of there being a hidden 151st intel.^[1] There is currently no evidence of this, and is most likely a tongue-in-cheek reference to the Pokémon of generation I and "schoolyard rumors" about the 151st Pokémon, Mew.

Bugs[]

PC During the Public Test Server, certain Abraxodyne intel would re-spawn after the player character's loot cache had been cycled and the cell reset. One such example was intel in the interior of Highway Town. This has been fixed as of PTS version 1.7.22.5.^[patched]
