The abandoned camp is an unmarked location in the Capital Wasteland, located under the bridge north of the Super-Duper Mart.
Layout
As its name implies, it is an abandoned camp located under a bridge, on the opposite side of the Potomac River from the Super-Duper Mart parking lot. It is surrounded by tires. It contains a bed, an ammunition box, and a table. There is an armed frag mine at the entrance to the camp.
Notable loot
- Duck and Cover! skill book - On the table.
Notes
- Setting off the frag mine may fling the skill book, making it hard to find.
- Mirelurks spawn around the area every three in-game days.
Appearances
The abandoned camp appears only in Fallout 3.
Bugs
Sometimes the frag mine spawns inside the ground, unable to be seen, but still able to detonate normally.[verified]
