Daily: A Refreshing Outlook is a daily quest that was cut from the Fallout 76 update Wastelanders.

Detailed walkthrough

While being in the vicinity of Foundation, a radio broadcast by Samuel would have started the quest. The player would have then been tasked with painting over three raider graffitis on the walls of Foundation. An optional objective would have been finding a special paint inside a shed. Painting over all three graffitis would have concluded the quest.
