The quest is started by reading a copy of C.H. Monthly, October. The third letter refers to a potential sheepsquatch sighting near Berkeley Springs and begins a miscellaneous quest to investigate the campsite referenced in the letter.
The campsite is located just down the hill from Toxic Larry's Meat 'n Go. There are tents here, as well as two skeletons impaled by mysterious quills. Investigate the campsite to find the following clues:
- Cindy's diary - Note, in one of the tents.
- Date night - Holotape, on a bench near the campfire.
After listening to the holotape, investigate Toxic Larry's shack and find the New meat holotape, on a dresser on the second floor.
