The 5th Army Battalion is a division of the New California Republic Army.
History
In 2281, they sent their 1st Company to Primm in the Mojave Wasteland under the leadership of Lieutenant Hayes to reclaim the New California Republic Correctional Facility from the Powder Gangers.

The 5th Battalion appears only in Fallout: New Vegas.
